How do I begin treatment?

We typically meet with you, your family, or your caregiver for the initial appointment after you have discussed initiating IV therapy with your doctor. This step can happen while you’re still in the hospital or after you are discharged. We will work with your doctor and insurance to review your treatment, therapy goals, and work together to achieve your desired goal. In certain cases, prior authorization may be necessary for your therapy. We will reach out to answer any questions you may have and schedule an infusion at our local infusion suite or in the comfort of your own home. We will check in with you and your medical team frequently while providing 24/7 support.
How is my medication delivered?
Our pharmacy team will deliver all of your medication, supplies, and equipment for free to your home or desired delivery address. Temperature sensitive medication will be delivered via insulated packaging.
How do I administer the specialty medication?
You will have a medical team ready by your side throughout the entirety of your therapy. Certain medication will require nursing services that the medical team will help arrange for you. We will also teach you how to infused other medications yourself while providing you guidance every step of the way.
